hello all, it has been a long time.  i am still alive and well working facebook takes my time. I have a booth at the Kerrville Folk Festivals' Wine and Music fest Labor Day Weekend. it has been a long hot summer here in the Texas Hill Country. I was a vendor at the Kerrville Folk Festival the beginning of the summer and well, my health has paid a dear and great price for my awesome experience. Friend and the man behind the oil paintings in that he offered his home for me to stay in 10 years ago this week.  10 years ago this week I saw at the guggenhiem live Frida Kahlo paintings, live Dali paintings, all the great surrealist were showcased.  Looking at the brushstrokes with awe and knowing, I knew I already knew how to paint like they did. Well, I've been here for five years now and this is the first time I've ever been THIS IGNORED! I know I am not the greatest photographer in the world. I know I haveb't been drawing/paitning lately. I know the critique program may have ruined my reputation here on dA. I know that from now on my time and attentnion will be turned toward my flicker account, where peoiple are actually looking, commenting and well, faving my stuff! I can count on one finger, or two, the people that regularly look and comment, but even they have disapeared into the woodwork.  Supposed it is just that everyone is too busy to help out a mediocure photographer
